First aid with 100% Digital - everything you need!
The end of the year is coming closer. At the end of 2020, all direct orders will have to be recorded digitally in or through Floriday. This year, we have set up various resources and tools to help both growers as well as buyers with this change. We have organised 180 workshops and webinars for growers and buyers, made instruction videos and distributed as many news reports with updates and tips as we could. In case you missed anything, we would love to tell you all about these tools for 100% Digital in this news report.
Workshops and webinars
Are you interested in the possibilities of Floriday and would you like to stay up to date on the latest functionalities? Sign up for our (online) workshops. Online Helpcenter
In addition to our explanation videos, support department and workshops, we are also giving growers and buyers the opportunity to search for an answer through the Help Center. These will be filtered so that you only see the parts that apply to you! This is how it works:
- Go to the website.
- Select “I am a grower” or “I am a buyer” - that which applies to you
- Based on your choice, the Help center will presents the sections that you can implement in Floriday.
- The online Help Center is also available through the chat in Floriday. That really makes things much easier!
