Floriday website improved!

All direct transactions at the Royal FloraHolland marketplace will be concluded entirely digitally by the end of 2020, at the latest. In order to achieve this goal, and to facilitate growers and customers in this process, the two-sided platform Floriday is being further rolled out. The development of this two-sided platform requires clear information on the website for growers as well as customers, service providers and software suppliers. In order to support and inform the industry in the best possible way, Floriday has improved the website. The website is more clearly organised and offers even more help per topic.

Floriday was started in 2018, as an initiative for the floriculture industry and has since been working on the development of the new digital infrastructure. Many functionalities have been added in past few years, giving Floriday increasingly more value for growers. Meanwhile, more than 2600 growers are active on Floriday on a daily basis, and we are also rapidly developing functionalities for customers, for which the first testing is taking place. The information for both growers and customers can now be found on our new and improved website.

 

What's new?

On the updated website, you can read what Floriday can mean for you and which solutions it can offer for your business. We are focussing on four target groups in the sector: growers, customers, service providers (agents) and software suppliers. Customers can now find information about 'digital ordering and trading' and 'linking with Floriday'. Service providers will soon find more information about the functionalities being developed for them, and software suppliers will find everything about the API links, Floriday modules and associated support. In addition, plenty of information can be found about 100% Digital for growers and customers. A help centre is also being developed, where Floriday offers different types of support.


Help centre in Floriday

Floriday offers various options for support through the website. Via the help centre you can select the type of support you need. The following options are available:

  • through the functionalities pages - with *step-by-step explanations of the Floriday functionalities;
  • through the FAQs - so you can look up your questions yourself;
  • through the search function at the top of the website;
  • through Floriday chat - once you are logged into Floriday. This functionality is currently available for growers only.

 

*Soon we will expand the help centre with a filter, so you can see exactly which functionalities can be used in the platform to organise your business processes even more efficiently with Floriday. Example: Are you a grower and do you work with the clock a lot? Then we will present you with all the possible functions you can use.

Of course, we will continue to inform you through the usual channels: news items on the website, the Floriday newsletter, workshops for growers, information sessions for customers, and of course we can always be reached by email or telephone at +31 (0)174-352070.
