Reliable lot photos for Waterdrinker

The product photos that growers send to the auction are shown on the clock during the auction. The photos must provide the buyers with a realistic picture of the lot supplied. Waterdrinker emphasizes the importance of sending current product photos too. In the past, it has sometimes happened that the purchased products looked different in reality. As a result, customers complained.

Rob Kooi (Waterdrinker, Aalsmeer) wants to see what he buys: “When we buy a product from the clock, the photos need to be reliable.”  Rob explains the importance of reliable photos in the video below.

"If growers use the Floriday function, the right picture will be attached to the right lot, which allows us to work properly.”
- Rob Kooij, Senior Purchaser, Waterdrinker

You can avoid reclamations and complaints with current photos, taken with Floriday’s lot photo function.
